FAQ
Do the packages come with multiple videographers and/videographers?
Yes! the Aspect and Prime packages come standard with half day second camera coverage and also an assistant. Schedule a consultation for more details.
How much are the A La Cart add ons?
They vary in price based on what you want, but the engagement session goes anywhere from $250 to $600. The Blu-ray DVD's are about $75 extra. Contact us for more details on the items!
How do I get my materials after the wedding?
We send you a google drive link download with your raw footage along with your digital pictures and eventually, edited video and pictures.
How long are the edited products?
The highlight film is usually around 4-7 minutes long depending on the day and the package.
How long does it take to recieve the raw and edited materials?
For the raw materials it only takes about a week to be uploaded.
Do you have options for wedding albums?
Yes! Albums are customizable and start at around $200. We are still in the process of incorperating them into the package options.
Do you use bright lights
Nope! All of our lighting is minimal and is used a distance away from guests and dim.
What is the downpayment to lock in the date and is it refundable?
Down payments are anywhere from 15% (For the larger packages) to 50% (For the smaller packages) They are none refundable after a 3 week grace period.
What if our wedding is rescheduled because of COVID?
At the moment we are not penilizing or charging for rescheduled events. You can reschedule your event with us for any time, and your down payment will just go towards the rescheduled event!
Are the packages customizable?
Absolutely! The current packages are just a guide for you, and you are able to customize options the way you want. Once details like that are worked out, the final price is presented.
